By tapping on the chakras on the main screen you will be taken to a screen that gives you options to explore more about that particular chakra. First you can select the "More" link to read more detail about the respective chakra. Next you can select the frequency associated with this chakra which will be play for a short time and allow you to resonate and feel the chakra. Next is the frequency and the musical note associated with the respective chakra, again to aid you in resonating and feeling into the chakra. Finally there are affirmations associated with each chakra to assist you in balancing your own energy system.
